Miami Beach, FL USA
The Fontainebleau Miami Beach is situated at the heart of Millionaire's Row. Fronting the Atlantic Ocean, it boasts over 1000 well-appointed guest rooms. The resort’s most distinguishing features include two new towers; 12 restaurants and bars; a 40,000-square-foot spa with mineral-rich water therapies and co-ed swimming pools; and oceanfront poolscape featuring a free-form pool shaped as a re-interpretation of Lapidus’ signature bow-tie design.
Hakkasan an award-winning restaurant has made its U.S. debut at Fontainebleau.
A world-renowned restaurant, which is recognized as the pioneering concept, that changed the image of Chinese cuisine while setting the standard for both Chinese cuisine and haute Chinois interior design. The name "Hakkasan" pays homage to the ‘Hakka’ people from the New Territories of Hong Kong while ‘san’ is the respectful Japanese form of address. Although Hakkasan is rooted in the culinary
traditions of China, the restaurant’s philosophy and cuisine are not chained by convention.
